Hosted in France (Scaleway datacenter), self-operated by a French company: GDPR-compliant and outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act.

loch.sh is a turnkey, open-source Docker infrastructure for web agencies and startups: a documented, production-ready stack built on Docker Compose, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Traefik, Grafana, WireGuard. It avoids vendor lock-in and does not impose Kubernetes. In production at 3 web agencies — around 400 sites. The site is available in French (default) and English.
