The loch.sh software is distributed under the open-source licences stated in its repositories (GitHub, GitLab), which take precedence over the previous paragraph for its source code.
Docker, GitLab, GitHub, Traefik, Grafana, WireGuard, Kubernetes and other trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners. Their mention implies no partnership.
Personal data
The data controller is NITRIQUE CONCEPT. The site has no forms and no user accounts.
- Email contact: the information you send us is used only to answer you and for commercial follow-up. It is kept for at most three years after our last exchange and is never sold or shared.
- Audience measurement: we use Matomo, self-hosted on our own servers (analytics.nitrique.net). Traffic statistics are not shared with any third party.
- Technical logs: the web server records requests (IP address, date, requested page) for security and troubleshooting purposes, for a limited period.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to ship@loch.sh. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or social media cookies. Matomo may set first-party audience measurement cookies
(_pk_id, up to 13 months; _pk_ses, 30 minutes), used only to produce anonymous traffic
statistics. You can refuse or delete them at any time in your browser settings.
